THE SHAMANIC JOURNEY:

This workshop will be exploring the element of Air and the mind. To change one’s mind is to change perception, and through changing perception we can change reality. This is the basis of a lot of the shaman’s work, using the power of the mind to perceive the truth and then alter it. It is also the basis of a lot of healing, the placebo being the most consistently successful Western drug. But the mind can also have the opposite affect and bring discord and dis-ease. Before we can truly change our mind, our consciousness, we must know it and in this workshop we will be looking at techniques to deepen our consciousness, exploring where our mind blocks us and how to transform it into an ally, for growth, expansion and healing. This will be achieved through a mixture of ceremony, ritual and process work.
