Astrology maps the cosmos but it also maps our souls. It is based on the age old maxim 'as above, so below.' Or to put it another way, every movement in outer reality is connected to inner reality, so the movement of the planets around our solar system has an immediate affect on our inner worlds. We just have to look at the statistics from the police that mark sharp increases in violent crime around full moons to be shown a very obvious example of this, hence the term 'lunar(tic)'. Astrology as a science has been studied for around three thousand years. It is a science in the true sense of the word whereby a system has been developed through constant experimentation and practical application. However, it is also an art, as reason has to be balanced with an equal measure of inspiration in order to successfully interpret a chart and make it human and therefore meaningful. It was in fact only in the age of "reason" 300 years ago, when we separated from the natural world, that astrology was separated from astronomy. All early astronomers including Galileo, considered by many as the father of modern physics, quite naturally trained and practiced simultaneously the art of astrology.
In recent time there has been great advances in the interpretation of birth charts through relating the archetypal patterns that the planets describe with the modern way of reading our motivations and behaviours; psychology. Jung, one of the founders of psychoanalysis was an avid amateur astrologer. The symbolic language and patterns of behaviour that psychoanalysis has rediscovered fit perfectly in with what our birth charts have been telling us for years. Thus astrology has adapted itself to the modern world and can offer an excellent tool for us to get to know the complexities and depths of our character.
We all have parts of ourselves that we know deep down to be true but that seem to contradict the way we like to believe we are, or have told we should be. By looking through the lens of astrology we can get a clearer, more detached, perspective on who we really are and begin to have compassion for our diverse and sometimes conflicting natures. We can then begin to integrate all sides of ourselves and through this process of becoming more whole discover hidden talents and motivations that will inform us in making truly conscious decisions about where we want to go in life. Life in itself can then become a more joyous and passionate experience as outer reality naturally moves to reflect inner discoveries and changes. The cycle from outer (planetary activity) to inner (world) back to outer (life) is then complete.

It will also cover future potentials giving an insight into what influences are likely to prominent in a persons life over the next twelve months and how to make the most of them.
SYNASTRY
Synastry is the study of two people's charts together, how they influence and what affects they will have on each other, in order to gain an insight into that most frustrating yet rewarding of human dramas: close personal relationships. The relationship itself, what direction it is likely to head in, can also be studied through analysing the composite chart. Both methods reveal profound insights into relationships and can be offered to couples or individuals seeking a greater understanding of what has brought them to a particular partnership. Professional and familiar relations can also be examined to get a clearer insight into what is occurring between two people and help resolve any conflicts or decisions that need making.
PRINTED CHARTS
Computer generated readings offer an introduction to astrology by giving a comprehensive overview of general character traits as revealed in our birth horoscope. They can be used individually to get insights into ourselves or in conjunction with a one to one reading which will help synthesise and go deeper with what has been revealed. Charts are 15-20 pages long and come fully bound and are an ideal present for yourself or someone close.
